We are proud to announce that our own Noah Dunlap, VP, Insights, Innovation, PMO at Advantus Health Partners, has received the Preceptor of the Year Award from Xavier University. Preceptors provide students with critical guidance, support and advice during their Xavier University residency experience. Preceptors work closely with faculty advisors to assist students in having a positive and productive residency. We congratulate Noah and the impression he has made on the students in the Xavier University residency program.
Several of Noah’s past residents share their experience working with him:
“I was the first Xavier resident that Noah had, starting in the spring of 2018. Noah Dunlap is a true leader in our organization and in our community. Noah always looks to serve others by developing the next generation of leaders, championing their growth and their experiences so that they are prepared for the challenges that they face in their careers and their lives. Noah not only taught me but showed me what it means to be a servant leader. I am thankful for the impact that he has made on my life and the lives and careers of my fellow residents who had the priceless opportunity and privilege to call him our preceptor.” – Andrew Blum, Director, Supply Chain Performance, Bon Secours Mercy Health
“Noah truly possesses all of the skills and talent to develop, guide, and encourage his Health Care Administration residents. During my residency, Noah assigned me a variety of challenging projects to enhance my supply chain knowledge and experience. I cannot thank him enough for helping me achieve my career goals. He genuinely cares about you as a person and always goes out of his way to help you overcome any type of work or life challenges. He is a brilliant human being with a big heart. I cannot think of anyone else more deserving of this year’s Preceptor of the Year award! Congratulations, Noah!” – Eric Futscher II, Director Supply Chain, Bon Secours Mercy Health
“Noah was an exceptional preceptor to work for during my residency. His openness and compassion enabled me and other residents to reach our full professional capabilities.” – Ryan Megyesi, Supply Chain Director, Bon Secours Mercy Health
