Michele’s journey with Advantus began when the company started in 2021. However, her commitment to health care grew over a remarkable 11-year tenure with Bons Secours Mercy Health, one of the largest health systems in the U.S. Michele’s story is one of resilience and seizing opportunities as she transitioned from a radiology manager to joining the supply chain team after an injury left her unable to continue her career in a clinical setting.
“I’m a firm believer that when a door closes, another one opens,” reflects Michele, embodying the spirit of optimism that resonates throughout our organization. Now at Advantus, she brings compassion and knowledge from her clinical experience that makes her an integral part of our team.

In her role as program manager, Michele wears many hats—attending conferences, transcribing meeting minutes, processing payroll, and diligently organizing team meetings, among other administrative duties. Her enthusiasm for the health care supply chain industry is contagious, and she takes pride in knowing that every decision her team makes ultimately supports and impacts the lives of patients.
