As chief financial officer, supply chain, for Advantus Health Partners Jordan is responsible for financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping and financial reporting. He has been successful in improving financial operations, evaluating new service lines, and implementing reimbursement models. His financial plans have adjusted to the industry’s unique staffing challenges with tools to establish staffing standards in both clinical and non-clinical settings.
He has extended experience with M&A activity, JV structures, and new market service models. Through various roles, Jordan has deployed custom pricing strategies in both the commercial and non-for-profit space. Jordan is also a seasoned negotiator, having re-negotiated contracts in Food Service, ER Physician Call Pay, Transfer Agreements, and Real Estate leases.
Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Messiah University and a master’s of business administration from Georgia Southern University.
