Supplier Diversity

Advantus Health Partners was formed in January 2021 to chart a new course for supply chain and leverage non-traditional means to generate revenue.

Advantus Health Partners embraces diversity, which we consider to be the existence of the gifts, talents and attributes of people arising from a broad range of social, ethnic and demographic backgrounds, disabilities, races, national origins, ages, religious preferences, genders and sexual orientations. It is essential that we promote inclusion of the diverse in our work force, and we encourage our vendor partners to do the same.

We apply these principles to our purchasing activity by encouraging the participation of all vendors that meet or exceed the performance standards established by Advantus Health Partners. We believe that ensuring diversity within our supplier base is a sound business practice. This contributes to reducing our operational costs, encourages innovation, creates competition, and supports the overall health of the greater business community within the markets we serve.

Supplier Diversity Guidelines

Advantus Health Partners is committed to creating economic growth in the communities that our members serve by assisting small and diverse-owned businesses with development and contracting opportunities.

If you are interested in doing business with us, please download the pdf below to register and submit this form to SupplierDiversity@mercy.com.

Completing the supplier registration form does not guarantee a contract with Advantus. However, it enables us to have better insight of your organization’s capabilities and experiences to see if they align with Advantus’s goals and objectives. Upon completion of the supplier registration, our sourcing teams will assess your company to see how you align with our goals.
