Noah Dunlap is vice president of insights, innovation and project management for Advantus Health Partners, and is responsible for advanced analytics, advisory services, project management, investment, workforce development, and the environmental, social and governance (ESG) program. Prior to joining Advantus, Dunlap was part of supply chain leadership for Mercy Health and then Bon Secours Mercy Health, holding leadership roles in sourcing and procurement and supply chain operations. Dunlap has also worked at Baptist Health System, where he led supply chain operations for the system. Noah received his bachelor’s degree in communications from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and his master’s degree in health care administration from Baylor University’s Hankamer School of Business in Waco, Texas. He also served with AmeriCorps as a teacher and coach through Teach for America.
